The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and entertaining with a generous dining table providing plenty of seating for everyone, while the comfortable sofa area offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. For added convenience, there is also an upstairs toilet located off the main living area.
 

The downstairs accommodation at Mill House has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable living for families and groups alike. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed along with its own private en-suite shower room. A charming twin bedroom is perfect for children or friends sharing, while two additional bedrooms each feature comfortable king-size beds. Mill House also features a sofa bed upstairs, providing sleeping space for an additional two guests. The main family bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. 

Outside, an enclosed garden and patio - perfect for morning coffee, alfresco lunches, or stargazing under big Lincolnshire skies. With plenty of walking trails nearby and the Lincolnshire Wolds, Stapleford Woods, and the coast within easy reach, it’s an ideal base for both exploring and relaxing.
